The Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints trade falls apart before it ever gets going after Carr informs the Las Vegas Raiders that he will not allow a trade. Does that rule the Saints out of the running for Carr? Not entirely, it just means they would have to court him in free agency and work out a new contract for him.
