US shot putter CJ Hunter dies at 52 | Scandal sprinter's ex-husband


Cottrell J. Hunter, former world shot put champion, and husband of sprinter Marion Jones, has died at the age of 52.

Former world shot put champion, CJ Hunter died two weeks before his 53rd birthday. This was announced, by the American Association of Throwing Trainers. No information was given on the cause of death.

Hunter, who won the World Cup gold, in Seville in 1999, gained notoriety aside, from his own sporting achievements, especially as the husband, of US scandal sprinter Marion Jones.
