The Basketball Africa League season two tipped off with a comeback win by Guinea’s Seydou Legacy Athletique Club (SLAC) over hosts Dakar Universite Club (DUC) of Senegal 85-70 at the Dakar Arena Saturday.

The second season of the NBA-sponsored Basketball Africa League is underway in Dakar, Senegal where 6 teams are competing in the Sahara Conference for a spot in the BAL playoffs. 6 teams from the Nile Conference will play in the coming weeks in Cairo, Egypt. The top 8 teams will meet up and compete in the BAL playoffs in Kigali, Rwanda.
